Recessed outlets

This post is for the families traveling to Bulgaria in the future.  We've been having a discussion on our Ya*hoo group about what types of accomodations are needed for electrical things.  Sometimes it's hard to describe things like electrical outlets with words, so here are pictures!!  Hope this helps!!

This is a recessed outlet.  My converter would fit into this outlet if it weren't recessed.  But, because it won't lie flat against the actual outlet, I have to use an adapter with the converter.

So, here is my curling iron plugged into the converter (so it won't blow up!) and my converter plugged into the adapter so that it provides an extension to actually reach into the recessed outlet.
The laptop will automatically change the power, so we don't have to use the converter with the laptop.  But, we still have to use the adapter to have the correct prongs to fit into the outlet.

And, this has nothing to do with outlets, but here was Dan awhile ago trying to stay awake!!  :)  He didn't make it long.... when I got the computer, he fell asleep!
